Privacy policy

Who is responsible?

The operator’s contact details appear below. Email the listed address about privacy or your rights. The brand name does not replace the controller’s full registered name.

Visiting the site

The server processes your IP address, requested page, request time and browser technical information to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in service operation and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Contact

The form collects your contact details, work type and location, preferred timing and description. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for a reply. Pre-contract enquiries rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); other enquiries on our legitimate interest in responding (point f). Advertising consent is not required and you are not added to mailing lists. We save enquiries on our Hetzner server in Germany and forward them via a bot to the team's Telegram group. Access is limited to authorised staff; Telegram processes messages under its own policy (https://telegram.org/privacy), including outside the EEA. Bot messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not submit sensitive data. Delivered enquiries are removed from the server queue after 90 days; backups rotate over 14 days. Undelivered enquiries remain until the issue is resolved. Telegram correspondence follows the retention section; deleting a queue record does not delete its Telegram message. Anti-spam keeps a counter based on a keyed IP hash, not the full IP, for up to 2 hours.

Service providers

The site runs on a Hetzner server in Germany. Gmail is provided by Google. Infrastructure and technical-support providers access data as needed to deliver services. Gmail and WhatsApp may involve processing outside the EEA. Google describes using adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses. Its safeguards are linked below; ask the controller for details about our correspondence. Maps and Instagram are not embedded. WhatsApp and Instagram open only when you click a link and have their own privacy terms.

Retention

This installation does not retain a visitor access log. Diagnostic error logs are configured for retention of up to 7 days. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the enquiry; documents relating to contracts or claims are kept for statutory periods or as needed to pursue and defend claims. Data is subject to deletion when these purposes end.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure and restriction, and data portability where the law provides it. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl). We do not make decisions with legal effects solely by automated means.

Meta Pixel

Advertising measurement relies on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The pixel transmits information including page URLs, device and browser details, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. Meta may combine these with account data for advertising measurement and personalisation. Processing may take place outside the EEA; Meta describes safeguards and retention in https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
