Apartment renovation and finishing.
We finish new-build apartments and renovate existing homes, from electrical and plumbing work to fitting equipment.

We start with the apartment’s condition.
- We check installations, walls and floors.
- We agree what to keep, what to replace and how the work fits the layout.
What work is included?
After a site visit, we agree the scope and quote. We specify which work and materials are included and which need a separate agreement.
Discuss your renovationPreparation and installations
Assessing the existing space, agreed strip-out work and preparing electrical and plumbing installations for the new layout.
Walls and floors
Preparing surfaces, smoothing and painting walls, and installing chosen flooring with attention to levels and junctions.
Kitchen and bathroom
Preparing areas with water connections and spaces for cabinetry, tiling and fitting the agreed equipment.
Finishing and handover
Doors, skirting, switches, lighting and the details that bring the interior together, followed by a joint review of the work.
Example interiors.
These visualisations show example interiors, not our completed projects. Materials and solutions are selected individually.

Floors, doors and built-in furniture.
Before fitting, we agree floor levels, material joins and furniture positions so the elements fit together.
How does the work proceed?
Conversation and site visit
We discuss your needs, inspect the space and take measurements. A finished design is not needed for the first conversation.
Scope and quote
We agree the work, materials, price, deliveries and start date.
Renovation
We coordinate the trades. Changes to scope, price or timing are discussed before the work is done.
Handover
We check the work and equipment together. Handover findings are recorded in writing.
Renovation questions.
New build or an existing apartment?
We work with both. In an older property, we start by assessing surfaces and installations: their condition can affect the scope more than floor area alone.
Do I need a finished design?
No. We can discuss your layout and priorities first. If design documents or specialist input are needed, we identify that before the relevant work starts.
What determines the price?
The property's condition, installation work, material choices, built-ins and building access. A firm scope and price follow a site assessment.
Can I stay in the apartment during work?
That depends on the scope and access to a kitchen and bathroom. For a complete renovation, alternative accommodation is worth planning; phased work is assessed individually.
What do we need for a quote?
Tell us the floor area, current condition and planned work. Photos and your preferred timing will also help.
