How does the work proceed?
Conversation and site visit
We discuss your needs, inspect the space and take measurements. A finished design is not needed for the first conversation.
Scope and quote
We agree the work, materials, price, deliveries and start date.
Renovation
We coordinate the trades. Changes to scope, price or timing are discussed before the work is done.
Handover
We check the work and equipment together. Handover findings are recorded in writing.

Do you work with every type of business?
We assess suitability after understanding the activity and technical requirements. Specialist systems or sector-specific requirements need separate agreement.
Who handles approvals and designs?
Before work begins, we identify required approvals, designs and the responsibilities of the client, designer and contractor. Renovation work does not replace necessary approvals.
Can the business stay open during work?
Sometimes, with phased work. We assess separation of areas, safety, noise and access. Not every task is compatible with serving customers.
Can you guarantee an opening date?
The work schedule is agreed against scope, deliveries and documentation. An opening date should also allow for equipment installation and any required inspections.

Tell us the floor area, current condition and planned work. Photos and your preferred timing will also help.
