Walls and ceilings
Full finishing skim coat, sanding, primer and washable paint. Up to 3 wall colours; white ceilings.
Floors, doors and lighting
Straight-laid hard-wearing laminate or click vinyl from the collection, skirting and profiles. Up to 2 door sets with adjustable frames and fittings. Up to 8 agreed ceiling, pendant or wall lights.
One bathroom
Waterproofing, 60 × 60 or 60 × 120 cm tiles, cement grout and sanitary silicone. Enclosed WC frame and wall-hung toilet. Shower tray with glass or an acrylic bathtub with a panel.
Fixtures and choices
Basin unit up to 80 cm, mirror, taps and mid-range shower set. Choose colours, textures and models from agreed collections within the budget.

One electrical point is one socket/switch mechanism or lighting outlet. A block of 3 mechanisms counts as 3 points. New Premium circuits follow the design and agreed cable lengths.
Cold water, hot water and drainage each count separately. Fully relocating a basin means 3 outlets, not one. Work stays within existing wet areas with the required drainage slope; shared risers and building networks are excluded.
The 45 m² model assumes 2.7 m ceilings; Standard and Comfort: one 5 m² bathroom and 2 doors; Premium: two 4 m² bathrooms and 5 doors. Different layouts, areas or complex flooring patterns require a revised estimate.
